As part of NTU Alumni Homecoming 2026, Nanyang Business School Alumni Relations is pleased to present two exclusive programmes for the children of NBS alumni.

Designed for children of NBS alumni aged 15 to 20, this workshop uses the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment to help participants identify their Top 5 strengths and gain a deeper understanding of their natural talents. By recognising these strengths, participants can build greater self-awareness and confidence, supporting more informed decisions about their personal development, subject choices and future career aspirations.

Facilitated by Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, Mr Ray Zhang (NTU Bachelor in Business), the workshop guides participants in interpreting their CliftonStrengths report and applying these insights in areas such as career planning, personal growth, and life choices.

Participants must complete the CliftonStrengths assessment in advance (S$35 per report payable directly to Gallup).

Steps to Complete Registration, Payment and Assessment
Note: Only participants who complete the assessment may attend the workshop.

1.    Register for the workshop here.
2.    Receive an email from Orion Circle with payment details (QR code) and assessment instructions.
3.    After payment, the participant will receive a Gallup email with the assessment link. Complete it by 28 August 2026. (The facilitator will receive the report directly.)
4.    Review the report before the workshop on 5 September 2026.

This workshop is organised by NBS and is complimentary for children of NBS alumni. Participants are only required to pay S$35 for the CliftonStrengths assessment report. Seats are limited.
